Whilst we do all we can to avoid cross-contamination of products, our food is prepared in an environment where the following allergens are handled:
nuts, gluten, wheat, cow’s milk, soybeans, eggs, sulphur dioxide, fish, celery and celeriac, mustard, lupins.
These allergens are not handled in our food preparation areas: crustaceans, molluscs
In such cases where our usual supplier is unable to provide the products we normally use, we would seek an alternative containing the same allergens.
Please make us aware if anyone has any allergies or intolerances at point of ordering so that we are fully aware in advance.
